American Legion Richard M. Nixon Post 679, Veterans Service Organization.
The American Legion organization was chartered by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic veterans orgnization devoted to mutual helpfulness. It is the nation's largest veterans service organization, committed to mentoring and sponsorship of youth programs in our communities, advocating patriotism and honor, promoting a strong national security, and continued devotion to our fellow servicemembers and veterans.
The NEW Department of California Headquarters is located in Sanger, California . The Richard M. Nixon Post 679 is a member of Area 5 and District 29.
